JESS LEBOUBE AND ANNIE KRAMER JOIN CLUTCH

Jess LeBoube
Minneapolis, Minn. - In fall 2022, Troy Schroeder and his management team began to tinker with the organization of client teams at CLUTCH. The founder/CEO of the rapidly growing hybrid consultancy and agency in Minneapolis found that creating teams of a client success person with a program manager resulted in not only a seamless transition, but as the saying goes, a secret sauce.

"Our client success people are responsible for building the relationship, facilitating the strategy, and ultimately delivering results for the client and financial performance for CLUTCH," said Schroeder. "The program managers are responsible for making sure that projects are on target, on time and on budget. In essence, they're driving execution forward.

"They're making certain that we're bringing together the right people internally and externally, and communicating with different departments, so we have expectations aligned and workflow managed. The end goal is to consistently provide the combination of art and acumen that delivers solutions for our clients."

The model has resulted in the hiring of two critically important new program managers at CLUTCH: St. Louis natives Jess LeBoube and Annie Kramer.

Annie Kramer
"We value people who have different perspectives and have a wide range of experiences in their career. Both Annie and Jess have worked in different types of roles, and they've seen how different types of organizations work," said Schroeder. "When you're growing like we are, you need people with practical experience who can come in and be a part of the team and elevate what we can do from the start. Each of them does that, and they are excited to contribute to something different at CLUTCH."

Jess LeBoube has worked on the client side as a marketing manager in experiential marketing, loyalty programs and e-marketing. On the agency side, she's worked on marketing campaigns for Anheuser-Busch and Nestlé Purina Pet Nutrition.

"The way teams are structured at CLUTCH eliminates the possibility of one being siloed," said LeBoube. "The opportunity to meet and engage with different colleagues across the business and our clients is so critical. It's incredibly rewarding to work together with the client success team at CLUTCH, as well as our other departments, to bring ideas that come to life and create results for our clients."

Annie Kramer comes to CLUTCH after a stint as the manager of environmental stewardship at Dairy Management, Inc., one of the largest commodity checkoff organizations in the U.S. She has a long track record of working on sustainability issues, including a stint as a program manager at the U.S. Farmers and Ranchers in Action.

"I've always loved working in the agriculture and food space, as well as being on the side of things where you get to put the pieces together," said Kramer. "The CLUTCH hybrid model offers a unique opportunity to not only come up with interesting ideas and solutions to problems organizations encounter, but also truly develop an understanding of these organizations' businesses so that things are able to happen in a way that truly adds value to what they're doing."
