Wright's connection to agriculture began on his family's grain and cattle operation in north Mississippi, where he continues to contribute. After earning a Bachelor of Business Administration with a focus on marketing from Mississippi State Univ., Wright began a distinguished 24-year career with CNH Industrial. He held various operational and leadership roles across the U.S. and Canada, ultimately serving as Regional Director for the Case IH brand in the southern U.S., headquartered in Collierville, Tenn. Throughout his career, Wright demonstrated expertise in developing strategic sales initiatives, leading teams to consistently exceed targets and driving results-driven marketing campaigns. His leadership style, marked by vision, adaptability and a commitment to fostering collaboration, has delivered measurable success in the fast-paced ag equipment industry.
