VETERAN FARM BROADCASTER DUANE MURLEY JOINS IOWA'S "BIG SHOW" PROGRAM AS CO-HOST

Duane Murley
Duane Murley, a native of Sac City, Iowa, grew up in a close-knit family where his parents, two brothers, and their families still reside. His passion for radio was sparked during his youth while working on his grandparents' farm, where 1040 WHO Radio was always on.

Whether he was bailing hay, cultivating fields, or plowing late into the night, the tractor radio was always tuned in. Now living in Rockwell City with his wife Darcy and daughter Brandi. Duane continues his love for farming and radio. He's well known for joining listeners on tractor rides across Iowa, often riding his treasured 1946 Farmall H.

In addition to his radio career, Duane works on his local family farm, contributing to both crop production and livestock care.

The "Big Show" is broadcast on WHO Des Moines and WMT Cedar Rapids. He had been with KWMT, Ft. Dodge, IA.
