Source: Farm Progress news release

SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- The New York Farm Show, the Northeast's largest agricultural technology event, returns Feb. 20-22, 2025, to the New York State Fairgrounds. Open daily from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., the show features new products, expert-led seminars and cutting-edge solutions for farmers and agricultural professionals.

Attendees can gain critical insights during the annual forestry seminars, sponsored by the New York Forest Owners Association and American Agriculturist. Newly refreshed for 2025, these sessions are designed to help landowners maximize land potential and uncover income opportunities. Featured topics include:

Carbon Programs for Forest and Woodland Owners
Silvopasturing: Enhancing Woodlands for Sustainability and Profit

Consulting Foresters: Managing Your Woodlot for Growth
"Our forestry program highlights opportunities many landowners may not realize they have," said Chris Torres, editor at American Agriculturist. "These sessions will explore how to improve woodland management while contributing to long-term sustainability and profitability."

The seminars will be held Feb. 21-22 in the Martha Eddy Room at the Arts and Home Center.

This year's show will debut a range of products designed to improve farm productivity and efficiency. Expect to see advanced harvest tracking tools and multipurpose compact tractors that make fieldwork more efficient. Dairy producers will want to explore new bedding mats, rotary milking systems and hoof care solutions to enhance cow comfort and herd health. High-capacity loaders, flail mowers and heavy-duty spreaders engineered to tackle demanding tasks will also be on display.

Since 1985, the New York Farm Show has been a cornerstone event in the Northeast, drawing crowds to explore advancements in agriculture. With more than 400 exhibitors, this year's event offers products covering beef, dairy, forestry, crop management and heavy machinery. Admission is $5 for adults, and children under 18 attend free.
