![]() Feb. 4, 2025 Source: Farm Journal's Drovers news release Lenexa, Kan., - Farm Journal has named Angie Denton as the Drovers editorial leader to guide content development for the beef cattle audience and provide solutions to enhance animal production, management best practices and profitability. "Angie brings a unique, modern vision for Drovers that pays tribute to its past and guarantees it will contribute to the success of the cattle industry for years to come," said Chris Seper, executive vice president of brands at Farm Journal. "Like so many of our staff at Farm Journal, Angie was raised in this industry. We are excited to have her commitment to cattle and her multimedia approach to communications on our team." A third-generation cattle producer, Denton has spent three decades involved in cattle industry communications and marketing. She started her career at Angus Productions Inc., where she served on the editorial team and established its web marketing department. She then became editor of Hereford World and was also named the director of communications and public relations at American Hereford Association. Before joining Drovers, she was a communication coordinator at Kansas State University's animal sciences and industry department and served as the Beef Improvement Federation communication coordinator. "I am excited to be joining the Farm Journal team," Denton said. "My passion has always been the beef cattle industry, and I have a sincere drive to help beef producers become more profitable. I look forward to seeking out the content that beef producers are hungry for. It is a humbling honor to continue the legacy created by Greg Henderson."
