Source: DTN news release

Patrick Schneidau
Minneapolis -- DTN, a global leader in data, analytics, and technology solutions serving agriculture, energy, and weather-sensitive industries, today announced that Patrick Schneidau has been appointed as its new Chief Executive Officer by TBG AG, the Switzerland-based private holding company that owns DTN.

Prior to his appointment as CEO, Schneidau served as Chief Commercial Officer at DTN, where he led the company's go-to-market strategy, integrating sales, marketing, customer success, partnerships, and product management to improve the company's growth trajectory.

Before joining DTN, Schneidau held executive leadership roles in a wide range of successful technology companies. He spent much of his career at PROS, where he played a pivotal role in the company's transition from an on-premise software provider to a cloud-based enterprise as Chief Marketing Officer and contributed to its successful IPO on the New York Stock Exchange. Since then, Schneidau has held multiple positions both investing in and operating high-growth start-ups with an emphasis on AI- and data-driven solutions.

"The ability for DTN to provide trusted operational intelligence to businesses in agriculture, energy, and weather-sensitive industries is more critical than ever," Schneidau said. "As CEO, I am committed to deepening our industry partnerships, accelerating innovation, and ensuring our customers have the insights they need to make confident, data-driven decisions. With a strong foundation and an exceptional team, I am excited to lead DTN into its next chapter of growth and industry leadership."

With multiple groundbreaking solutions set to launch in 2025, DTN is poised to redefine operational intelligence in agriculture, energy, and weather-related industries. Schneidau added, "This is an exciting time for DTN as we continue to invest in cutting-edge technology, AI-driven decision support, and customer-centric solutions that empower businesses worldwide."

Schneidau's position as CEO is effective immediately.
