Jason Cromley | Peterson Corn Genetics, a leading corn genetics licensing partner for the US and Canadian seed corn industry has recently added Jason Cromley as PCG's Commercial Production Lead. Jason's role will be to maximize seed production of PCG's elite corn hybrids and be a valuable resource to the seed production companies that serve the independent corn market.
Jason earned his B.S. from the University of Missouri in 1997 and his M.S. from Iowa State University in 1999. He has built a distinguished career in corn breeding, starting with JC Robinson in 1999 before transitioning to Syngenta's North American Corn Breeding Team following the 2005 merger.
Throughout his tenure, he has led breeding programs across multiple regions, including supervising the China Corn Breeding Team. With extensive expertise in inbred characterization and a proven track record in corn breeding, Jason brings invaluable knowledge and experience to PCG and its production customers.
