Sabourin and Baudry's new roles will better position Think Shift for long-term success as it continues expansion efforts throughout North America, with a focus on the U.S. agriculture industry. Under their leadership, the agency's overall growth rate increased from 5% to 45% YOY over the last five years. Between 2021 and 2024, they landed the two largest AOR accounts in Think Shift's history, securing $10 million in YOY revenue. "Both Carly and Nicole are natural outperformers and resourceful leaders who have contributed immensely to our success to date," said Think Shift CEO Robert Thorsten. "With Carly's focus on long-term strategic thinking and Nicole's sales drive, these promotions will solidify our continued growth strategy and ensure we are helping our clients to outperform in their markets and businesses." Sabourin's new role is a natural progression of her work over the past five years leading Think Shift's business development as EVP of sales and marketing after three years on the account side. During her tenure, she transformed the agency's new business pipeline, implementing a client-centric, insight-driven pitch approach that carries over into onboarding new clients. Sabourin's hands-on stewardship of new client relationships has built strong foundations and ensured long-term success for client and agency teams, contributing to Think Shift doubling in size over the last few years. "I started my career at Think Shift in accounts and have been focused on bringing alignment between both the sales and account strategy side of our business for some time now, ensuring smooth onboarding transitions for many of our clients, so this new role is an exciting step for me," said Sabourin. "Diving in and providing all our clients with strategic marketing support is the end goal as we work to build strong, lasting partnerships with new and existing accounts alike, and I have every confidence in Nicole as she begins to lead our business development team." Baudry and Sabourin have worked closely on business development for more than four years, with Baudry playing an essential role in leading targeted client prospecting and compelling pitches under Think Shift's new processes. Baudry has skillfully broken through in the tightly-knit, traditionally male-dominated agriculture network, landing Think Shift 68% of pitches it has been invited to, valued at more than $6 million in new business. As she transitions into her new leadership role, Baudry will now drive the growth engine that she helped create, and she'll continue to ensure smooth client onboarding with Sabourin. "We've seen a lot of success from our business development efforts in recent years, including bringing on some of the agency's biggest clients ever, and I'm looking forward to building on the momentum we've gained under Carly's leadership," said Baudry. "Our teams will continue to work in lockstep to ensure that new clients become long-time partners." Both Sabourin and Baudry will report directly to Thorsten.
