"Meetings like the one we had today lay the foundation for partnerships that will Power the Great American Comeback and advance EPA's priority of clean air, water, and land for every American." The listening session centered on EPA's statutory authorities under the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, and Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act.
