As a pioneering agribusiness leader, and a champion for policies that strengthen U.S. farmers, he served as ambassador to the United Nations Food and Agriculture Agencies in Rome (2019-2021). McKinney's topic is Federal and International Policy: What's Going On? Rumley, back by popular request, will cover Hot Topics in Ag Law and Policy; Dr. Mintert, will address the U.S Economy Outlook: What Farmers are Telling Us; and Janzen will delve into Ag Technology and the Law."
