Source: Agri Marketing magazine The Agricultural Communications Network announced the winners of its 2024 awards program last week at its annual program held in conjunction with the Ag Media Summit held in Rogers, AR. The program includes entries for MarComm, digital, design, writing and photography. Entries are judged by people in the journalism profession including academia, working media, agencies and others, the majority of whom are outside of the direct ag communications profession. There were 70 award categories. "Of the Year" award winners included: *Story of the Year - "Rays of Hope" by a team from DTN/Progressive Farmer *Writer of the Year - Katie Knapp, John Deere's The Furrow *Photo of the Year - Rob Matttson, Noble Research Institute *Photographer of the Year - Katie Knapp, The Furrow *Designer of the Year - Amy Gohman, Colle McVoy *Communicator of the Year - Lindsay Graber Runft, Certified Angus Beef Following are those organizations who had two or more first place winners.
