BRIAN ANGELI PROMOTED TO FMC'S PRESIDENT OF ITS NORTH AMERICAN UNIT

Philadelphia, PA -- FMC Corporation today announced that Brian Angeli, executive vice president and chief marketing officer, has been appointed executive vice president and president of FMC North America, effective August 1, 2025.
Angeli brings over a decade of experience with FMC, having held leadership roles including vice president of corporate strategy and development, treasurer, transformation officer, and vice president of investor relations and corporate development. As chief marketing officer, he has overseen FMC's global product portfolio strategy, portfolio management, new product launches, strategic partnerships, and the Precision and Digital Agriculture organization.
