FARM FOUNDATION WELCOMES THREE NEW TEAM MEMBERS

Oak Brook, IL -- Farm Foundation is pleased to announce three new additions to its team: Karl Binns as Director of External Affairs, Jordyn Landberg as Director of Marketing and Communications, and Chrissie Edgeworth as Program Manager. Together, they bring extensive expertise in agriculture, communications, and program leadership, strengthening Farm Foundation's mission to build trust and understanding at the intersection of agriculture and society.

Karl is a nationally recognized agriculture and food system advocate, international speaker, and Certified Non-Profit Executive (CNE). He brings over a decade of leadership experience in non-profits and higher education, along with private sector work in value chain development, talent cultivation, and philanthropic initiatives. An HBCU graduate, Karl is also a LEAD Maryland Class X Fellow, Herrsching International Seminar Fellow, and Climate Reality Action Fellow.
Jordyn Landberg - Director of Marketing and Communications

Jordyn has nearly 20 years of experience leading marketing and communications for nonprofit and philanthropic organizations. She has developed and executed campaigns that build strong brands, connect communities, and advance fundraising success. Previously, she served as communications director at Michael Reese Health Trust and the Les Turner ALS Foundation, leading strategic initiatives that elevated visibility and engagement.
Chrissie Edgeworth - Program Manager

Chrissie brings more than a decade of experience leading agricultural programs and food systems initiatives across nonprofit, academic, and international settings. Most recently, she managed a regenerative farm in Massachusetts dedicated to hunger relief. Her background includes organic vegetable farming in Illinois, agroforestry work as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Guinea, environmental education in Yellowstone National Park, and service in two AmeriCorps programs. She holds a B.A. in Geography from Syracuse University.
