Aug. 19, 2025 Source: AgCareers news release Ames, IA - AgCareers is pleased to announce that applications are now open for the annual Feed Your Future Scholarship awarding $1,000 to a U.S. post-secondary student passionate about a future in agriculture or food-related careers. "This scholarship reaffirms our commitment to 'Feeding the World with Talent' by supporting educational advancement and highlighting impactful career pathways in the agriculture and food sectors. Having already awarded six scholarships in previous years, we are proud to continue investing in the future of our industry," said Bonnie Johnson, Marketing & Communications Manager, AgCareers. AgCareers developed the #FeedYourFuture Scholarship to provide financial assistance to students planning to pursue careers in agriculture and food. To be eligible, applicants must currently enroll in a U.S. post-secondary institution and have at least one semester of study remaining after 2025. The application includes brief essay responses to questions such as, "How are you going to do your part in feeding the world with your talent?" New questions this year aim to explore students' visions for the future of the agri-food industry, including their passion, projects and the role of emerging technologies like AI. The scholarship application is open for submissions until November 17th, 2025. AgCareers will select the scholarship recipient by December 19th, 2025.
