Source: Vive Crop Protection news release

TORONTO, Ontario - Vive Crop Protection is pleased to announce the addition of Dor Kestecher to its team as Senior Portfolio Manager within the Product Management department. Kestecher's extensive background in agriculture, product development, and business strategy brings a unique perspective that will support the continued expansion and innovation of Vive's product portfolio.

With over 15 years of experience in the agricultural industry, Kestecher has contributed across various sectors. From hands-on citrus farming to R&D in seeds and crop protection at Syngenta, to managing global insecticide portfolios at ADAMA, he brings both technical depth and commercial expertise. Most recently, Kestecher served as Vice President of Business Development at Lavie Bio, an agbiologicals startup, where he spearheaded strategic collaborations and licensing deals that expanded the company's reach in sustainable crop protection.

"Dor brings a rare blend of strategic thinking, technical knowledge, and a genuine passion for agriculture," said Chris Garvey, Head of Portfolio Strategy & Business Development at Vive. "This will make him a perfect fit for Vive's mission to transform modern farming through innovation. We're excited to have him on board."

Kestecher's unique combination of experiences, working within global agriculture chemical companies and dynamic startups, offers a valuable perspective that will strengthen Vive's Product Management team. His insights will be instrumental as Vive continues to bring cutting-edge crop protection tools to market faster and more efficiently.
