MORTON BUILDINGS TO FEATURE 3D STUDIO, FARM BUILDING REPAIRS AT FARM PROGRESS SHOW
Source: Morton Buildings news release

Morton, IL -- At this year's Farm Progress Show, Aug. 26-28 in Decatur, Illinois, Morton Buildings will feature its 3D Studio farm building design tool and repair and renovation capabilities.

Morton 3D Studio

Construction of a new farm building requires extensive planning and decisions. Morton Buildings now makes it easier for farmers to participate in the process with its new 3D Studio, an innovative, free online tool that enables users to design their own Morton farm shop or other structures.

With the 3D Studio, farmers can visualize their Morton post-frame building with modern layouts, dimensions and colors that fit their style and needs. It's intuitive and easy to use - no training or experience is needed. Farmers can zoom in and move around the building to fully engage in the design.

Farm building repairs and renovations

As farmers consider their infrastructure needs, a new building is often the best option. But many times, repairs or renovation projects can be an affordable alternative solution to existing buildings to provide improved functionality, durability and aesthetic appeal. These projects can not only extend the life of a building but also increase its value. Repair work and renovations are often an effective alternative to meet building needs now until a farmer is ready to build new.

Jeremiah Fairbanks, general manager of repairs and renovations with Morton Buildings, and Vince Keenen, regional service manager, will be available for media interviews Tuesday and Wednesday during the Farm Progress Show.

Also to be featured will be a 3D artwork to depict an underground view of the Morton Foundation System. The system uses concrete lower columns in the foundation, rather than wood, and Morton's DuraPlank concrete splashboard, to provide added strength, durability and longevity for farm structures.
