TIM MANNING APPOINTED NEXT CHIEF LEGAL OFFICER AT SCOULAR

OMAHA, Nebraska - Scoular announced today that Tim Manning has been appointed as Scoular's next Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary. Manning also will join Scoular's Senior Leadership Team.
Manning joined Scoular in 2022 and currently serves as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel.
His promotion is effective Nov. 17. As Chief Legal Officer, Manning will lead Scoular's legal team and serve as principal advisor on legal, risk, compliance, governance and other matters to Scoular's Senior Leadership Team and Board of Directors. He also has oversight of Scoular's real estate function.
Manning has more than 15 years of legal experience. Before coming to Scoular, he spent five years at SunOpta, a food, beverage and ingredients manufacturer, in roles of increasing responsibility. Prior to that, he was in-house counsel at Silver Bay Realty Trust Corp. and began his career as an associate in a complex commercial litigation group.
Manning, a South Dakota native, graduated from St. John's University in Minnesota and the University of Iowa College of Law. He serves on the boards of The Guthrie Theater and the Northside Achievement Zone (NAZ), both in Minneapolis.
He will replace Kari Brashear, who is leaving Scoular for a role at another company.
