IOWA STATE STUDENT CHLOE ZITTERGRUEN RECEIVES NAFB'S CYNDI YOUNG SCHOLARSHIP Dec. 2, 2025

| Zittegruen and Young | Jefferson City, Mo. - Chloe Zittergruen, agricultural communications major at Iowa State University is the recipient of the 2025 Cyndi Young Scholarship, sponsored by Brownfield Ag News and presented by the National Association of Farm Broadcasting (NAFB) Foundation.
As Iowa State FFA president, Chloe leads and inspires student members across the state while advocating for the future of agriculture. With a passion for connecting people to the ag industry through speaking and media production, Chloe has gained experience in marketing, public speaking, and media production.
Outside of leadership roles, Chloe owns and operates a small-scale cut flower farm where she grows and sells dahlias and other seasonal blooms. This creative outlet reflects her deep appreciation for hard work, growth, and sharing joy through flowers.
Since 1977, the NAFB Foundation has provided financial support and educational opportunities in the form of college scholarships to assist students in pursuit of careers in agricultural communications. To date, 167 students have received scholarships totaling $733,250. The NAFB Foundation presented $77,500 in college scholarships to ten outstanding students this year.
