The 2025 CAAR Choice Awards were presented to individuals and companies who are contributing to the ag retail industry and making a difference. Congratulations to all our very deserving winners! Growing Connections Award - Precision Ag Presented by Canterra Seeds this new award recognizes a CAAR member who demonstrates exceptional leadership in building strong relationships with customers, suppliers and their community. Agronomist of the Year - Taylor Heck, McEwen's Fuels & Fertilizer This award celebrates an individual who demonstrates exceptional technical expertise, dedication to continuous learning and a deep commitment to helping farmers achieve success. Supplier of the Year - International Raw Materials (IRM) This award recognizes a company that demonstrates outstanding partnership, commitment and service to the ag retail sector. Retailer of the Year - Grow Plan Fertilizers Ltd. This award recognizes a CAAR member who demonstrates outstanding business performance, leadership and service to both their growers and their community. Retailer Hall of Fame - Reg Olsen, Olds Fertilizers & Agri Services Ltd.
