NEW ALLIANCE AIMS TO HELP AG BIOLOGICALS MOVE FROM INNOVATION TO MARKET
Source: Calibrate Agribusiness Consultancy news release

KANSAS CITY, Mo. -- Calibrate Agribusiness Consultancy ("Calibrate") and Frontier Biostrategy today announced a strategic alliance designed to help ag-biological companies move from innovation to full-scale commercialization. As pressure mounts across agriculture from rising fertilizer costs, increasing demand for cleaner food systems, and continued momentum around regenerative agriculture, biological solutions are gaining significant commercial attention. Through this strategic alliance, Frontier Biostrategy and Calibrate will help early- and growth-stage companies navigate that opportunity with integrated strategic advisory and commercialization support without requiring full-time executive overhead.

"Ag-bio companies excel in innovation," said Julia King, Founder of Calibrate Agribusiness Consultancy. "The hard part is turning viable solutions into something the market understands, can use, trusts and adopts. This alliance builds a bridge between strategic planning and realworld execution, helping clients accelerate commercialization while building sustainable pathways for market adoption."

Frontier Biostrategy operates exclusively at the strategic and architectural level, bringing expertise in regulatory architecture, commercial strategy and product development governance.

Calibrate is the C-suite for hire, bringing hands-on support in commercialization, operational scaling, producer engagement, channel development and go-to-market execution.

"Strong commercialization starts well before launch," said the co-founder of Frontier Biostrategy, Ben Cicora. "Regulatory strategy, product claims, technical development and market positioning must be built together. By aligning with Calibrate, we can help companies connect that early architecture to the execution required for adoption."

The North American agricultural biologics market continues to expand rapidly, with hundreds of emerging companies and innovation platforms working to bring new biological technologies into commercial agriculture. While innovation activity has accelerated, many organizations face significant challenges navigating the transition from product development to regulatory alignment, commercialization strategy, market access, distribution, and on-farm adoption. The alliance between Frontier Biostrategy and Calibrate Agribusiness Consultancy was formed to help close those gaps by providing integrated strategic and execution support across the biologics commercialization lifecycle.

The firms also expect to collaborate on thought leadership initiatives, strategic advisory engagements and industry-facing innovation programs focused on accelerating adoption and commercialization across the agricultural biologics sector.
