SIGNAL THEORY NAMES MATT MILLS AS GROUP CREATIVE DIRECTOR, CONTENT

Matt Mills
Kansas City, MO -- Signal Theory, the behavioral-science-driven advertising agency, has named Matt Mills its Group Creative Director, Content. Mills comes to the agency from BarkleyOKRP, where he served as Executive Creative Director, FUEL, for three years.

In this newly created role, he will guide a team of creatives and strategists focused on building a cohesive content practice at the center of Signal Theory's social and digital media.

With more than 20 years of experience in the creative industry and a background spanning digital design, social media strategy and emerging technology, Mills has a proven ambition for great creative work.

"When I was thinking about how I could have an impact in my next role, I could tell that Signal Theory had the right ingredients for that," said Mills. "Coming into an environment like that and being able to build a team focused on social media and content is a bit of a dream come true."
