JENNIFER COLEMAN JOINS ROADRUNNER AS MARKETING & COMMUNICATIONS DIRECTOR
Source: Roadrunner news release

Jennifer Coleman
Clinton, Ill. - Roadrunner, an ag and rural marketing agency built to make smart marketing accessible, recently welcomed Jennifer Coleman as Marketing & Communications Director. In addition to working directly with clients, Coleman will draw on her background to build new communications, scenario planning, and market intelligence services.

Roadrunner launched in the fall of 2025 as a hybrid between an ag marketing agency and a freelance marketer, designed to provide smart, efficient solutions to businesses where a full-service agency may be out of reach. Clients come to Roadrunner to fill gaps, add capacity, and accelerate growth without the overhead. Artificial intelligence tools help the team do more without sacrificing strategic thinking and creativity.

Coleman most recently served as Director of Communications for The Directions Group, a strategic insights firm, where she led a full brand relaunch that brought three organizational identities together, created and launched the company's first content marketing program, and positioned new products for market. Prior to that, Coleman managed communications for Aimpoint Research and worked with clients across the agricultural value chain on strategic planning, market research, and wargame projects, and played a key role in developing the signature Farmer of the Future platform.

She has worked closely with commodity organizations across the country throughout her career, previously serving as Director of Communications for the Ohio Soybean Council and Ohio Soybean Association where she oversaw media relations, farmer awareness campaigns, and consumer outreach. She also helped lead special initiatives on topics including water quality, genetically modified organisms, and agricultural policy. An experienced group facilitator, public speaking coach, and keynote speaker, she regularly presents agriculture and consumer trends at conferences across the country.

"We built Roadrunner to be scrappy, staffed with experienced, confident marketers," said Josh Turney, founder of Roadrunner. "Jennifer brings a new layer of communications experience and strategic thinking that will make everything we do sharper."
