LYNCH PROMOTED TO MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR AT RHEA & KAISER

Rhea & Kaiser Marketing Communications announces the promotion of Kim Lynch to management supervisor, account services.
In her new role, Lynch, previously an account supervisor, will oversee all communication programs for the Bayer CropScience horticulture portfolio, which includes fungicides, insecticides, herbicides and seed treatments.
"Kim has a proven track record of excellent leadership and strategic planning capabilities," said Kim Cooke, vice president and account management supervisor at R&K who oversees all Bayer CropScience business. "This expanded role enables her to contribute even more to this team and valued client."
Prior to joining Rhea & Kaiser in 2000, Lynch managed the Cumberland County Farm Bureau in southeastern Illinois, where she served as an advisory and resource professional, edited the Cumberland County Farm Bureau News and developed a monthly newsletter for the board and affiliate companies. She holds a bachelor's degree in public service and administration in agriculture from Iowa State University in Ames.
