AGCO TO HOLD 2010 AGCO DEALER BUSINESS MEETING AT AG CONNECT EXPO
Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) reports:

AGCO, a major agriculture equipment manufacturing company with global market interests, has announced it will hold dealer meetings in conjunction with AG CONNECT Expo 2010. About 700 AGCO dealers are expected to attend the 2010 AGCO Dealer Business Meeting scheduled for Wednesday, Jan. 13.

AG CONNECT Expo 2010 will be held Jan. 13-15, 2010 (Preview Day January 12 by special admission) at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida. Attendees will find the latest innovations, products, services and technology in all agriculture sectors and will be able to network and discuss industry trends and issues with experts worldwide (see http://www.agconnect.com).

Martin Richenhagen, president and CEO of AGCO and 2009 AEM chairman, said AGCO and other manufacturers are excited about AG CONNECT Expo because it is an international agriculture event in North America designed to share ideas and knowledge on a global basis.

"AG CONNECT Expo is about new product launches, lots of innovative prototype technology seen for the first time, networking and education. It means experts in all technology areas will be available to participants," Richenhagen said.

"For companies like AGCO, it means the best opportunity in North America to meet thousands of our customers in a new way in North America. AGCO believes that high-tech ag solutions feed the world. Producers will have the opportunity to talk at length with equipment designers and engineers, ask the tough questions and make recommendations. I can't speak for everyone, but my company's designers and engineers will listen attentively," Richenhagen stated.

Charlie O'Brien, AEM vice president of agricultural services, added, "Producers, dealers and all agribusiness professionals are integral to the success of the agricultural community. AG CONNECT EXPO will facilitate the face-to-face communication that is vital to understanding the global forces shaping the future of agriculture in North America, Latin America and worldwide."
