Feb. 8, 2010 Source: Brighton news release Annie Seal has been appointed director of account management for Brighton Agency, a St. Louis-based full-service marketing and communications firm. With over 20 years experience in marketing for both advertising agency and client organizations, Seal has worked on a wide range of national consumer package goods and lifestyle brands. With a first-hand understanding on how to guide teams and collaborate with senior-level clients, she has conducted branding, positioning, new production ideation, advertising, promotion and integrated marketing efforts. Her national brand experience includes Budweiser, Bud Light, Nabisco, Duncan Hines, Energizer Batteries, Salon Selectives, Degree Deodorant, the Chicago Sun-Times, Heinz Pet Treats and AEP River Operations. "Annie is passionate about identifying the vision, broader opportunities and communications for a brand," said Tina VonderHaar, president of Brighton. "She believes that finding the resonance between brand equities and opportunities with target audience desire identifies new ways for brands to engage and grow. Annie will be a valuable asset to our clients, as she provides dynamic leadership to our talented account team and our entire Agency." Seal is a board member of Covenant House Missouri, an organization devoted to providing housing and services for homeless youth, aged 17-21, and a board member of The Dahlia Partnership, an Eating Disorders not-for-profit. She also heads up Eating Disorders advocacy efforts for the state of Missouri and is actively working to get legislation passed that will help those Missourians afflicted with this serious disease.
