Feb. 10, 2010 Source: Agri Marketing magazine A survey of agri-marketers conducted by Agri Marketing magazine in late January showed that 42% of the companies have increased their 2010 marketing budgets, 48% reported their budgets were flat and 10% reduced their budgets. "The survey consisted of only two questions and was conducted electronically," reports Agri Marketing Publisher Lynn Henderson. "It was e-mailed to a representative of 325 companies that sell products and services to North American agricultural producers and achieved a 38% response rate." Besides the question about the change in marketing budgets, the other question was "For the following media, what are your spending plans in 2010?"
