Dr. Michael O'Connor, a Novariant co-founder and Chief Technology Officer, will take over as company CEO. Dr. O'Connor says, "We want to thank Herb for his hard work the past four years at the helm of Novariant where he has made major improvements across the market sectors that we serve. Herb was instrumental in leading the company to improved manufacturing and quality control while improving our reseller service support. He began his professional career with The Boeing Company, where over a period of 17 years he had major responsibilities in both program management and strategic business planning.
