NEW PRESIDENT NAMED AT WESTCHESTER AUCTIONS, REAL ESTATE

Westchester Group announced today the addition of Ken Nofziger as president of Westchester Auctions, LLC and Westchester Real Estate. In this role he will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and spearheading business development efforts for the leading land and agricultural real estate company.
"Ken brings an extensive skill set to our talented team that will help us continue to lead the agricultural industry as the land marketing authority," says Murray Wise, founder and CEO of Westchester Group. "His experience providing financial and strategic advice to agribusiness companies is highly complementary to the core services of Westchester Auctions and Westchester Real Estate, and we look to him to advance our efforts in growing these businesses."
Nofziger has 19 years of experience in providing investment banking and consulting services to shareholders and managers of middle-market businesses. In his most recent position, Nofziger served as managing director and co-head of food and agribusiness investment banking for Duff & Phelps, LLC in Los Angeles, CA, where he was responsible for marketing, selling and executing a wide variety of mergers and acquisitions; capital raising; restructuring; and valuation engagements. In this role he worked directly with food and agribusiness clients, including farming operators, seed producers and equipment dealers, and produce, dairy, protein and other food processors.
Previously, Nofziger worked in the Audit and Accounting Division of McGladrey & Pullen, LLP and the Consulting Services Division of RSM McGladrey, Inc.
A graduate of Western Illinois University with a bachelor of science in accounting, Nofziger completed his master of business administration in strategic management at DePaul University. He is a certified public accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California CPA Society.
