ALLTECH FEI GAMES TO HOST SERIES OF SPECIAL DAYS

The Alltech FEI World Equestrian Games will honor ladies on Sept. 30, Kentucky's governors on Oct. 3, active military members, veterans, and their families on Oct. 7, and the Latin community on Oct. 8.
A Ladies Day event on Sept. 30 will shine the spotlight on "fillies." From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., ladies will be encouraged to flaunt their finest fashion at the Alltech Experience Pavilion, where secret judges will mingle with the crowd and select the Best Dressed Fillies. The top three best dressed winners will be awarded gift certificates to local boutiques, and all ladies will be eligible for raffles and other giveaways.
On Oct. 3, the Alltech FEI Games will honor and welcome six of the eight living Kentucky governors to the Kentucky Horse Park, including current Kentucky Governor Steve Beshear and First Lady Jane Beshear. Governors will receive a tour of the Kentucky and Alltech Experience Pavilions, as well as the opportunity to attend one of the eight equestrian world championship events.
The courage and bravery of active military members, military veterans and their families will be recognized on Oct. 7. Beginning Sept. 14, discounted grounds pass tickets will be available for $15 with a valid military identification card (with a maximum of four tickets per person). Military appreciation tickets will not be available for purchase on October 7th, but must be obtained in advance at a Ticketmaster outlet.
Rhythmic Caribbean beats and suave steps by the Latin Ballroom Dance Exhibition will play tribute to Hispanic Heritage Day at the Alltech FEI Games on Oct. 8. Cosa Seria, Blue Steel, and Mariachi Azteca are just a few talented bands that will provide live entertainment, showcasing both the unique and traditional sounds of Hispanic culture.
