![]() Dec. 7, 2010 Red River Farm Network reports: On December 4, 1995, the Red River Farm Network went on the air. In those 15 years, RRFN has been in Seattle, Hong Kong and Mexico for the World Trade Organization ministerials. We've traveled with the Agriculture Secretary in a war zone and participated in trade missions to Cuba, Vietnam, Thailand, Brazil, Russia and Poland. We've hosted agricultural leaders, including Tom Vilsack and Ed Schafer, at our Big Iron Issues and Events Center. Those opportunities are gratifying, but the Red River Farm Network takes pride in the connections we've made in our own area. It may be sitting across the table at a local cafe or riding the combine during a busy harvest season. We've been there during floods, droughts and years with record harvests. There is no better business. We're here to tell your story, communicating the information vital to our farmers and ranchers. Thanks for 15 great years. We're looking forward to being your accurate source for the news of agriculture for generations to come. Tweet |
