AG GROWTH NAMES NEW CEO

The Board of Directors of Ag Growth International Inc. ("Ag Growth") (TSX:AFN) today announced that it has appointed Gary Anderson as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
"On behalf of the Board of Directors I am pleased to announce our unanimous decision to confirm Gary as Ag Growth's permanent CEO," said Ag Growth board Chair Bill Lambert. "After conducting a detailed review, we are confident Gary is the best person for the role. Gary's skills, track record and understanding of the industry and the company uniquely position him to lead Ag Growth through the next chapter in its history."
"As President and Chief Operating Officer of Ag Growth, Gary has played a key role in the company's growth and success over the past several years", continued Mr. Lambert. "We all congratulate Gary and look forward to working with him in his expanded leadership role. We are very optimistic about the continued success of the company under his leadership."

Mr. Anderson, a co-founder and long-time director, President and Chief Operating Officer of Ag Growth, was appointed Interim Chief Executive Officer on October 15, 2010 following the passing of company co-founder and Chief Executive Officer Rob Stenson.
