Bittner will continue to report to Ray O'Connor, TPS president and CEO.

"Mark has done an excellent job in growing our OEM business and will now put his team of experts to work to meet the needs of customers and dealers in the North American ag market," O'Connor said.

Albert Zahalka, TPA president said, "We are excited to have Mark's expertise as we continue to develop our global OEM opportunities. His management of North American sales now gives us the resources to implement our global sales strategy, with Carlos Monreal focused on Europe and South America, and David Frick continuing to grow our strong position in Australia."

"Thanks to Albert and his team, the agriculture division is our fastest growing business unit. Mark's added focus will allow us to rapidly increase our business in the global agricultural market," O'Connor said.
