DOW AGROSCIENCES BECOMES ALPHA GAMMA RHO SPONSOR

Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity is proud to announce Dow AgroSciences, a wholly owned subsidiary of The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: Dow), has joined a growing list of corporate sponsors to AGR in a partnership to bring new personal and professional development opportunities to fraternity members.
"We are proud to support the professional development of Alpha Gamma Rho and Sigma Alpha members," said Drew Ratterman, Market Sell Workforce leader at Dow AgroSciences. "As a major manufacturer of agricultural inputs and seed, we are aligned with the mission to nurture and grow talent for the future of the ag industry."
A number of AGR alumni fill key roles within Dow AgroSciences. In February 2011, Antonio Galindez, CEO of Dow AgroSciences, was initiated as an honorary member of AGR's Alpha Chapter (Illinois) at the 2011 Leadership Seminar held in Indianapolis.
AGR Executive Director Phil Josephson said, "We look forward to a long and valuable partnership with Dow AgroSciences."
Dow AgroSciences has committed to become a Gold Sponsor for AGR and intends for this partnership to be a multi-year agreement. As a Gold Sponsor, Dow AgroSciences will receive prominent recognition in the SICKLE & SHEAF, AGR's quarterly publication mailed to more than 44,000 members, plus prominent corporate recognition on the AGR website and at the National Convention. In addition, the company's Gold Sponsorship provides an opportunity for the young men and women of AGR and Sigma Alpha to interact with leaders from Dow AgroSciences.
