Swanson Russell welcomes Andrew Clabaugh, Amber Hegwood, Jessica Simpson and Ben Swift to its Lincoln office.

Clabaugh joins the agency as an interactive developer. A native of Lincoln, he graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan University with a bachelor's degree in computer science and philosophy. Clabaugh is currently the director of ministries through technology at Lincoln's Trinity United Methodist Church. Prior to joining Swanson Russell, he worked as a web developer at two Lincoln-based companies, aijalon and Pickering Creative Group. He also served as an intern and freelance interactive developer for Swanson Russell.

A Lincoln native, Hegwood is a database marketing project manager. She graduated from Doane College of Lincoln with a business degree with an emphasis in marketing. Hegwood previously served as executive marketing director for ACTON Marketing in Lincoln and also worked at Pinnacle Bank of Lincoln. She is actively involved with Heartland Big Brothers Big Sisters.

Simpson serves as a public relations writer for clients in the green industry. Originally from Elkhorn, Neb., she graduated from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor of Journalism degree. While in college, she held internships with Omaha's River City Rodeo and Stock Show, Center for Rural Affairs and Leadership Resources (Lincoln), and UNL's College of Journalism and Mass Communications. Simpson is the former president of UNL's Public Relations Student Society of America. She holds affiliations with Kappa Kappa Gamma sorority and Kappa Tau Alpha journalism honor society. Simpson was recently named the 2011 Cather Circle Collegian of the Year and KTA's 2011 Top Scholar.

Swift is an interactive designer. Prior to joining the agency, he was a freelancer for Swanson Russell, among other clients, and also worked at aijalon and Pickering Creative. Originally from Omaha, Swift received his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from UNL. He is actively involved in the Nebraska chapter of the Professional Association for Design (AIGA) as the director of web, and teaches interactive design at UNL's College of Fine and Performing Arts.
