Aug. 25, 2011 Source: Swanson Russell news release Swanson Russell announces the promotion of Johnny Le to vice president, manager of interactive services. Le was named manager of interactive services in 2010. With his promotion to vice president, Le becomes an officer of Swanson Russell. Under his direction, the interactive department has continued its rapid growth and now employs more than 20 people. "Johnny's vast knowledge of digital technology and excellent leadership skills have helped make our interactive department one of the best in the business," said Dave Hansen, partner/CEO of Swanson Russell. "In addition, Johnny's creative and collaborative style have worked to make digital experiences an effective component of communications for many of our clients." Le began his career with Swanson Russell in 2001 as a web designer. He was later promoted to interactive art director and interactive creative manager. In his current role, Le leads the interactive department to combine user experience strategy, technology and creativity in building real digital experiences, including websites, digital advertising, and other digital communications. He also works closely with account team members on developing interactive marketing recommendations for clients. Le oversees many accounts but works mostly with outdoor recreation clients including SIG SAUER, Minn Kota and Leupold. A Wilber, Neb., native, Le earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in graphic design and drawing from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
