Younker will lead BRANDT's Specialty Formulations sales initiatives, reporting to Bill Engel, Senior Vice President of BRANDT. BRANDT's current National Sales Director, Dr. Julian Smith, will take on a new role as Director of BRANDT's Discovery and Innovation team, leading the company's plant health research and new product development. "Roger is an experienced leader that understands distributor relationships and customer needs across all of the segments we serve- from our core in agriculture, to our growing turf and ornamental and lawn and garden business," said Bill Engel. "He is an excellent addition to BRANDT." Younker has over 30 years of experience in Specialty sales. Most recently, he was President and CEO of PROKoZ INC, a leading U.S. cooperative buying group servicing the pest control and turf and ornamental market.
