Feb. 26, 2013 Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) reports: AEM launched five new statistical reporting programs in February, further increasing the member value of one of AEM's core services by broadening the range of programs available. AEM statistical reporting programs provide participating member companies with timely, accurate market data to help them assess market share and trends for improved forecasting and production planning. New programs include: Agriculture •Flail shredders •Rotary tillers •Strip tillage •Mounted disc mower conditioners Construction •Self-propelled vertical lift with jib All of the new agriculture programs are focused on the North American market. Self-propelled vertical lifts with jib are reported on both a North American and a worldwide basis. Each of the new programs provides participants with monthly retail sales data and market share in each product size class. AEM now serves members with over 80 agriculture equipment programs and over 115 construction equipment programs. Participating member companies determine the design and scope of all AEM statistical programs. AEM develops new programs based on member request.
