Aug. 12, 2013 Source: Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings news release Pinnacle Agriculture Holdings, LLC ("Pinnacle"), through its subsidiary Jimmy Sanders Incorporated ("Sanders"), has acquired certain assets of Mayfield Grain Company, Inc. ("Mayfield Grain"). Located in Mayfield, Kentucky, Mayfield Grain was founded in 1986 to serve the local community's grain storage needs. Today, Mayfield Grain is a full-service agricultural dealer offering seed, fertilizer, crop protection products and select precision agriculture services. Sanders' acquisition of the seed, fertilizer and crop protection assets will enhance its retail presence in in the western Kentucky market. Sanders Mayfield will be managed by David Guthrie and will be located at 521 South 16th Street. Grain elevator and grain marketing enterprise assets will remain part of Mayfield Grain and will continue operation at the 622 Allen Street address, as well as the 2559 Ste. Rte. 94 West address in Wingo. "We are very excited about the recent acquisition.
