AG ELECTRONICS DATABASE NOW AVAILABLE

Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) reports:
Today's ag electronics don't always get along, but now producers can find out before they buy, says Peter van der Vlugt, chairman of the Agricultural Industry Electronics Foundation (AEF).
Thanks to a multi-year effort by hundreds of industry experts, a new AEF database can tell producers and ag equipment dealers if an implement of one brand and a tractor of another are electronically compatible, Van de Vlugt said.
Over 2,500 producers and dealers have already registered to use the free database, which was launched at the SIMA show in Paris, France, in February.
