ARYSTA LIFESCIENCE ANNOUNCES ORGANIZATIONAL CHANGES
Source: Arysta LifeScience news release

Arysta LifeScience recently announced several organizational changes that will more fully integrate the French company Goëmar, which Arysta LifeScience acquired in March 2014. The changes are designed to ensure integrated coordination of all commercial activities globally, across the company's combined portfolios.

Paula Pinto, former Global Head of Value-Added Portfolio and Regulatory for Arysta LifeScience, will lead the company's newly created Global Portfolio Management Organization, which now includes a wide range of products across three segments: Seed Treatments, Conventional Crop Protection and BioSolutions.

Global Product Development Manager Mark Singleton will lead the newly consolidated Global Regulatory and R&D Organization on an interim basis.

Jean-Pierre Princen, formerly Global Head of BioSolutions & Seed Treatment, has assumed the position of Senior BioSolutions Advisor to Arysta LifeScience.

In addition, José Nobre has been appointed President of Goëmar. Nobre's appointment confirms the close cooperation of the Arysta LifeScience team based in France and the Goëmar team.

Nobre retains his previous positions of CEO for Europe of Arysta LifeScience and President of the Agro Branch of Arysta LifeScience Europe.

"The portfolio and expertise of Goëmar, focused on Biostimulant and Biocontrol solutions, is extremely complementary to Arysta LifeScience's Crop Protection and Seed Treatment portfolios," said Pinto.

"We are excited to offer our clients a combination of solutions that crosses all segments of the portfolio, in order to maximize the return on the investment of growers around the world. These organizational changes will enable us to better leverage the benefits of our complete line of products."
