FARMERS NATIONAL COMPANY PROMOTES FOUR

Farmers National Company, the nation's leading agricultural and energy management company, has announced four internal promotions. The following individuals will take on expanded roles, levels of responsibility and leadership within their current departments.

Randy Dickhut, Omaha, Nebraska, is now Senior Vice President - Real Estate Operations. Dickhut has been with Farmers National Company since 2002 where he began his career as a farm manager in Quincy, Illinois. An accredited farm manager for 10 years, Dickhut previously was Vice President - Client Relations, then Vice President of Real Estate Operations with Farmers National Company. He earned his bachelor's degree in accounting from Quincy College. As a Senior Vice President, his responsibilities include the management and growth of our real estate business in 27 states.

Melody Martinez, Fort Worth, Texas, is now Vice President - Oil and Gas Management. Martinez has been with Farmers National Company for four years and is a certified professional landman. She also specializes in relationship management, marketing and advertising activities for the Texas market while managing a portfolio of producing and non-producing minerals in a variety of ownership categories. She earned her bachelor's degree in management and economics from the University of Texas at Arlington.

Wes Turiano, Johnstown, Pennsylvania, is now Vice President - Oil and Gas Management. Turiano has been with Farmers National Company for two years, providing the comprehensive management of producing and non-producing oil and gas assets for private, institutional and corporate entities. He also specializes in relationship management, marketing and advertising activities for the Northeast market while managing a portfolio of producing and non-producing minerals in a variety of ownership categories. He earned his bachelor's degrees in economics and political science from the University of Richmond.

Nathan Kinnaman, Omaha, Nebraska, is now Vice President - Insurance. Kinnaman has been with Farmers National Company for one year and has spent most of his career working in the customer service industry. He has worked as both a captive agent and as an independent agent. He helps grow the lines of insurance business for Farmers National Company, including home, auto, commercial and farm insurance. Before he joined Farmers National, he was Vice President at the Insurance Center, where he was responsible for all aspects of agency operations, including team building and agency acquisitions which has been evident in his job performance over the last year.
