In the most recent Global Human Capital Trends research, Deloitte reports that they "see a series of drivers coming together to create disruptive change in the talent landscape." One of those drivers: A new social contract between companies and employees that is majorly changing the employer/employee relationship.

We know that you face complex challenges in successfully managing the people around you, recruiting and retaining talent, succession planning and more. We created the Managing Talent to Win professional development program to give you the tools, support and capabilities you need to be the best possible talent manager.

This year's program is June 5-7 on Purdue's West Lafayette campus. We hope that you and other members of your team will join us to:

Develop a plan to improve talent management at the team level.

Learn to identify and prepare the right people for critical positions.

Plan to effectively leverage strategic employee talent.

Understand how to best build employer/employee

Expand leadership and managerial capabilities.

Past participants have told us they benefited most from this program by attending with other members of their management teams. Whether you come as a team or as an individual, we look forward to seeing you in June!
