FLM+, a hybrid strategic consulting, marketing and communications company, has promoted Lukus Blackford to VP, Digital Strategy, and a member of the company's leadership team.

Blackford leads the integrated digital strategies team at FLM+, which includes digital analytics/reporting, content strategy, display/rich media, online listening, social media and search engine marketing (SEO and paid search).

"We continue to expand and integrate digital into all our strategies and across all disciplines to help our clients succeed," says Rob McClelland, president/CEO of FLM+. "Lukus has proven himself with clients and internal colleagues alike to be an astute, collaborative leader around all aspects of digital communications, and we are excited to promote him to lead this key growing function within FLM+."

Previously, Lukus was manager of digital media at New York-based Wunderman, a global, full-service performance media agency. While at Wunderman, he led the digital performance media team responsible for strategy, execution and management of digital media for all U.S. clients. Prior to that, Lukus served in strategic digital roles with Jellyfish, Baltimore; Archer Malmo, Memphis, Tenn.; South Central Digital, Nashville, Tenn.; and cj Advertising; Nashville.

Lukus holds various industry certifications including DoubleClick Digital Marketing, Google AdWords and Google Analytics.

Lukus is based in the FLM+ Minneapolis office.
