FLM+ (Farmer, Lumpe + McClelland) announces the addition of Danita Rodibaugh, internationally recognized pork and agriculture industry volunteer leader, to the company's Board of Advisors. This unique and distinguished Board not only provides counsel and direction to the leadership team of FLM+ but also actively participates in projects and strategic assignments for FLM+ clients.
Ms. Rodibaugh, Rensselaer, Ind., plays a leadership role in Rodibaugh & Sons, a family farm corporation focused upon grain and purebred swine production. Most recently she was Chairman of the Board of the U. S. Meat Export Federation and formerly was President of the National Pork Board.

She currently serves on the USMEF Executive Committee, the NPB Trade Committee, Pork Quality, Safety, and Human Nutrition Committee, and Plan of Work Committee and is a past Board of Directors member of the National Pork Producers Council and Indiana Pork.

Her involvement with Purdue University (BS, Purdue in Consumer & Family Sciences/Education) currently includes Animal Sciences Advisory Board, Farm Policy Study Group, and Agriculture Alumni Trust Fund Board.

"We could not be more excited about Danita joining our team. Her record of leadership to agriculture and her outstanding thought leadership on the issues facing America's farmers and rural communities will be invaluable to our team and our clients. She is already at work on some key issue management advocacy platforms with several of our teams, " says Rob McClelland, FLM+ President.

"I have great respect for the work FLM+ is doing, especially with check-off organizations. Their unique matrix approach to serving clients will allow me to get involved in a variety of clients and both issues and marketing strategy. I already know several of the Board of Advisors' members and am so excited to now be a very active part of this dynamic and ground-breaking group," adds Danita Rodibaugh.

Ms. Rodibaugh's background includes significant work in environmental and community involvement strategies. She has received numerous awards and honors for her work with a variety of different local, state, national and international groups.
Danita Rodibaugh resides on the family operation with her husband, David. They have four grown children and eight grandchildren.
