INCOTEC, Integrated Coating and Seed Technology, Inc. a worldwide leader in coatings and seed technology serving the vegetable, ornamental and agronomic seed business announces the elevation of David A. Pickenpaugh to Chief Operating Officer, INCOTEC North America. Dave will continue management of INCOTEC North America along with new business development.

Resulting from this strategic move, INCOTEC announces the appointment of Mac Keely as President and General Manager of its Vegetable and Ornamental Business, effective February 11, 2013, and the elevation of Dr. Natarajan Balachander (Bala) to President and General Manager of INCOTEC Field Crops North America, LLC based in Oxford, IN a wholly owned subsidiary of INCOTEC Holding N. A.

Mac Keely will be responsible for the management of all INCOTEC businesses pertaining to vegetable and ornamental products in North America. The current INCOTEC North America management team will report to him.

Mr. Keely is a 15 year veteran of the food and agribusiness industry, having worked in production, sales, marketing, supply chain, product development and general management positions at Sierra Hills Packing, JH Biotech, Prodigene and most recently organicgirl/NewStar Fresh Foods.

Dave Pickenpaugh of INCOTEC North America states "We are excited to bring Mac into our business at this time. INCOTEC is perfectly positioned to bring exciting seed technology solutions to market, and Mac brings the perfect mix of experience, perspective, and energy to help our partners and customers capitalize on them".

Mr. Keely received his BS from California Polytechnic State University and MBA from Texas A&M University.

Natarajan Balachander is responsible the operations of INCOTEC Field Crops North America and will continue to focus his efforts on strengthening INCOTEC's growing presence in the agronomic market, the demand for new value added technologies for seed, and to serve our customers better by bringing new innovative products rapidly to the market.

Dr. Balachander has close to two decades of experience in the seed industry developing and commercializing new polymer and seed enhancement technologies for the agronomic market. He has a doctorate in chemistry from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, OH and was previously employed at Landec Ag for 17 years prior to its acquisition by INCOTEC in June 2012.
