The Micronutrient Manufacturers Association (MMA) at its recent annual meeting in San Antonio, TX elected John Bowen, Cameron Chemical, as Chairman, Jim Scott, Winfield Solutions as Vice Chairman, and Don Gordon, QC Corporation, as Secretary/Treasurer. Steve Beckley, S. Beckley and Associates serves as President/Administrator.

Jason Gardner, Agrium Advanced Technologies and Paul Fink, Rio Tinto Minerals were appointed to the board of directors. They join the elected officers, immediate past chairman Dirk Lohry, Nulex; Joel Bruza, Old Bridge Chemicals; Dick Camp, Kronos Micronutrients and Kerry Green, Wolf Trax on the association's board.

The MMA formed in 2009 represents manufacturers and formulators of products that provide micronutrients that are essential for plant growth. The purpose of the association is to promote, educate, and sponsor research on the agronomic use of micronutrients.

MMA also engages in legislative and regulatory activities and facilitates industry communications. The association provides online education courses on micronutrients for Certified Crop Advisers; the courses are available at
