Agro-Culture Liquid Fertilizers, global leader in next generation plant
nutrition, was presented with a Christmas gift of sorts recently. On December 20th, State Representative Tom Leonard stopped by the new AgroLiquid headquarters for consultations with the organizations ownership.

As employees of the company filtered into the conference room, the Bancroft family quickly realized this was more than a standard visit.

"You easily could have taken this headquarters anywhere" said the Representative of Michigan's 93rd District, "The investment made by Agro-Culture Liquid fertilizers is not only important for our community in Saint Johns but is representative of investments being made across the State of Michigan bringing with them valuable jobs."

What followed was the surprise presentation of a State Tribute signed by Representative Leonard, State Senator Judy Emmons and Governor Rick Snyder. With more than a dozen employees as audience and witness, Representative Leonard shared the narrative of the Tribute, concluding with the words:

"We are grateful for all that Agro Liquid Fertilizers, the Bancroft family and all of their staff has contributed to St. Johns and all of Michigan. The opening of this new headquarters is the culmination of many months of hard work and planning. This beautiful facility will dot our landscape for many years to come.

"We join family, friends and the rest of the community in wishing Agro Liquid Fertilizers the best of luck in the future. In special tribute therefore, this document is signed and dedicated to commemorate the opening of Agro Liquid Fertilizers new corporate headquarters in St. Johns. May the future bring great success and satisfaction."

A surprised AgroLiquid President and CEO, Troy Bancroft, said the decision to keep their headquarters in Michigan was an easy one to make. "Simply stated - We live in Michigan. We have developed a very competent staff of professionals that also live in Michigan. It is important to us and to our customers and sales people to have a good workforce. Disrupting that culture and environment is a sacrifice to customer service that we are not willing to make."

In addition to headquarters in its hometown of St. Johns, Michigan, AgroLiquid boasts state of the art production and distribution facilities in Michigan, California, Iowa and Kansas. They also maintain the largest research farm in the United States dedicated to plant nutrient technology. With more than 28 different crops being grown on 580 research acres, AgroLiquid is the undisputed champion of plant fertility knowledge.
