Genesus is pleased to announce the recent signing of a Genetic Support Agreement with Tecon Animal Husbandry of China.

A Tecon delegation recently visited Genesus and selected a Boeing 747 full of purebred breeding stock. Last year Genesus was the largest exporter of swine breeding stock from North America.

Xinjiang Tecon Animal Husbandry Technology Ltd was established in April 2001, as an integrated production enterprise involving in production, research, sales, technical consultation and service of breeding pigs and commercial piglets.

The Company currently has five swine breeding farms and five commercial hog farms which have a production capacity of over 200,000 head of breeding pigs, F1 gilts, weaning pigs and marketing hogs a year.
