MCCORMICK COMPANY ANNOUNCES AGENCY REBRANDING TO SANDBOX

McCormick Company, a full-service agency with more than 90 years of experience, announced location rebranding to Sandbox.

In 2015, McCormick Company joined three other non-competitive independent agencies to become founding partners in a new agency model, Sandbox, which focuses on collaboration and expanded practice group expertise.

All founding agency locations have rebranded to Sandbox and are now fully integrated across eight locations as a single, independent agency.

"Our agency mindset has always been focused on delivering great results for our clients by putting the right teams in place," said Mark Perrin, a Sandbox principal and former CEO of McCormick Company.

"The collaborative culture of Sandbox is a natural fit that allows us to deliver even more thought leadership, innovative creative and expanded capabilities for our clients."

Sandbox agency principals believe joining together allows this agency business model to focus on delivering the Sandbox collaborative advantage to clients.

Sandbox is made up of more than 350 dedicated and experienced marketing communication experts working seamlessly across eight locations in the U.S. and Canada.

The four founding agencies of Sandbox are:

*McCormick Company (Kansas City, Mo., Des Moines, Iowa, and Indianapolis),

*GA Communication Group (Chicago, Los Angeles),

*Underline Communications (New York), and

*One Advertising (Toronto, Montreal).

The founding agencies share ownership with Mark Anthony and John Hilbrich, advertising industry veterans who helped create Sandbox. The unanimous decision to launch Sandbox as one integrated company was made to further unite collaborative efforts, common cultures and shared business philosophies.

Each Sandbox location will retain current staff and office space, and will continue to offer exceptional client service without interruption.
