PRES TRUMP WOULD BACK A 25 CENT GAS TAX INCREASE

POLITICO reports:
President Donald Trump would back a 25-cent gas tax increase to help pay for infrastructure at a White House meeting with lawmakers Wednesday, a source in the room told POLITICO.
Trump's support, though not confirmed by the White House, represents a strong departure from recent administrations and congressional leaders, who have avoided the politically dangerous issue.
